Multi-site summer fun day for Vodafone employees
Safe fun for all
FiSion was tasked with creating an original summer fate styled experience. Activities were required to cater for a broad age range, whilst striking a balance between a magical experience and ensuring the highest health and safety levels were upheld by all suppliers.
Campuses transformed into a fun, safe, immersive experience
Health and safety was at the forefront of the day, with thousands of guests invited across all the sites, all hazards had to be taken into consideration and an extensive risk assessment carried out. FiSion formed the creative framework and brand identity, producing all collateral and ensuring alignment across all suppliers in multiple sites. Activities ranged from; circus acts, wall climbing, crazy golf, scavenger hunt, photo booths, silent disco, a magician, fun fair stalls, balloon modeller and face painters! Big attractions from the events were the fifty foot original Helter Skelter, one of only three in the country and a traditional colourful carousel.

VodaFUN Day has been an incredible project and one I think we, and everyone else, will remember for a really long time! Your attention to detail, forward planning and effortless production were something I couldn’t have dreamt of being produced any better, and I am incredibly appreciative for everything you did over the last few months on this project. It was great how we all came together and created something for everyone and I never felt stressed or concerned about anything that you were owning. I love how much you put into everything and that you thought of everything, often things we didn’t. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work and delivery.
