Creatively embedding delegates learning

FiSion managed the entire ‘Collaborative Leadership’ programme, from helping shape the set design and the content, through to guest liaison and accommodation logistics. We devised a creative and innovative environment where delegates could brainstorm, using two metre high wooden pillars that rotated independently within their column. They were designed to be interactive with a puzzle, whiteboard and pin board included in each of the fully mobile towers. FiSion also created a ‘break-out’ area where people were encouraged to interact using a series of cardboard boxes, as opposed to writing on flip charts. As a result ideas were shared creatively and captured collectively.

  • In response to the course, delegates from Vodafone went on to set up collaborative ‘Hot Group’ sessions to tackle business challenges using the very same approach and strategies that they had learnt.
  • A shortened version of the programme was also rolled out to wider groups across the organisation.

Fi and Rhys were true role models in collaborative working, bringing fresh thinking, fantastic energy and relentless attention to detail. The creative concept and staging for the event enabled delegates learning, as well as making the programme incredibly memorable.
