A tight turnaround
We created the party of all parties with just thirty days of planning and production time. 150 exclusive invitees descended into elaborately decorated ballrooms to be entertained by three International acts. We needed 50 visas, a whole load of technical production and bucket loads of passion to bring together this stunning event.
Drawing on experience
Rhys having worked on many music festivals and tours in his Mean Fiddler days pulled together a team to bring musicians from literally four corners of the globe to perform on what was to be a very special evening. We liaised with Seal, Mika and John Newman's agents, production and tour management teams to coordinate the artists requirements from arranging visas, ground transport, airfreight, accommodation, catering and locally sourced technical riders. We worked closely with the exceptional local lead production agency in the stage and technical production design and specification to make sure all the artists had what they need.
