A grand MINI tour
FiSion’s brief was to manage the logistics for two MINI Tours in order to raise awareness about the expanded MINI range. Our client wanted to target ten key cities during the nationwide event, using virtual showrooms in high footfall shopping centres. Data capture from the public for the MINI CLUBMAN, MINI COUNTRYMAN, MINI CONVERTIBLE, MINI 3-DOOR HATCH and MINI 5-DOOR HATCH was a key KPI for MINI.
Delivering the message
We delivered all aspects of the MINI tour from the flexible stand design that had to adapt to work throughout all venues, through to logistics, health and safety, staff and security. Nothing was too challenging – at one venue we needed to get a crane to lift a MINI into place! FiSion was mindful of the need for the set to be assembled quickly, to be sustainable and to have longevity for future campaigns and made sure it was adaptable for future use. During the 2017 MINI Tour, we integrated a series of MINI convoys including the five MINI models within the range, travelling to different towns and cities across the UK to help gain attention between venues.
