A two month long career event for Vodafone

FiSion’s brief was to help raise awareness of career development and opportunities at ten Vodafone sites across the UK. We took ownership of the task by running a careers fair with a difference, over a two-month long period.

We provided employees with the chance to gain a deeper insight into the potential career paths open to them within the organisation. Instead of asking employees to come to one fixed location, FiSion’s out-of-the-box thinking meant we were able to take the careers fair to THEM.

We designed and created six different department themed tea trolleys, offering refreshments and invited staff to engage in conversations about their aspirations with trained internal staff. Giveaways were also added as a means of increasing involvement and signposting company messaging.
